AI governance
Last updated: 12 April 2026
This notice explains where AI appears in WorkTransit AI, what it is used for, what its limits are, and where human oversight still matters.
WorkTransit AI uses artificial intelligence to help users understand transferable skills, explore career transitions, generate draft CVs and cover letters, personalise assessments, and surface labour-market insights more quickly. The aim is to support informed decisions, not to replace human judgement.
AI outputs are intended to assist users, advisers, employers, and programme teams. They should be reviewed before being relied on for important decisions. WorkTransit AI does not use AI alone to make decisions that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects for an individual.
Depending on the feature, AI tools may process profile information, skills, pathway progress, CV content, assessment history, vacancy information, or user prompts. More detail is available in our Privacy Policy.
Users should review generated content, avoid pasting sensitive information unless necessary for the intended purpose, and check important outputs before sharing or acting on them. Employers and programme teams remain responsible for decisions made using platform information.
If you would like more information about how AI is used on the platform, contact privacy@worktransit.ai or legal@worktransit.ai.
