Accessibility
Last updated: 12 April 2026
We want the platform to remain usable across assistive technologies, keyboard workflows, zoomed layouts, and different screen sizes, and we continue to improve areas that fall short.
WorkTransit AI is committed to making the platform usable for as many people as possible. We aim to design and improve the service so it works well with keyboard navigation, assistive technologies, browser zoom, clear structure, and readable visual presentation.
We aim to meet the intent of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across the platform. This is an ongoing process rather than a one-time certification exercise.
Some areas may still need improvement, especially complex dashboards, generated content previews, and fast-changing interface states. We do not claim that every part of the service is fully compliant at all times, and we welcome feedback where barriers are found.
If you need information in a different format or encounter an accessibility barrier, contact us and we will try to provide a workable alternative or prioritise a fix where reasonable.
Email accessibility@worktransit.ai with details of the issue, the page or feature involved, and any assistive technology or browser you were using.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may seek further guidance from the Equality Advisory and Support Service or other relevant enforcement or regulatory bodies, depending on your location and sector.
